In the app, use "Panic: erase vault" for your vault and "Panic: erase all chats and keys" for your chats, keys and everything held for your account on the relay. Or email us your account identifier.

Report a security problem

Use the same address. Please include steps to reproduce it. See also our Security page.

Lost your passphrase

We cannot recover it. The key comes from your passphrase, which we never see.
