Using the app

You may use Apex Flow Shield for lawful purposes. Do not use it to commit fraud, harass or threaten anyone, or to break the law. We may stop serving accounts that do.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your passphrase, your devices and any accounts you connect, such as your own Telnyx account and its costs.

No guarantee of absolute security

We work hard to protect you and tell you the limits. No security product can promise it cannot fail. The app is provided as is, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, Apex Flow Labs LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service that the claim concerns.
